Native coffee grower and roaster, #Rukai tribe of Wutai mountains, Pingtung District, South Taiwan #coffee #KantaTaiwan (just the right amount of sour to bitter, best brewed 3 days after roast). [It's about 1,000NT for 270gm, she was awarded village champion, journal for the day: we startled her while walking in the dark back through the village, while she was sorting out her recycle-ables, which then turned into a fifteen minute conversation bout everything in the village, to being invited to her home for a coffee-making session, to being reconnected to long lost grandmother (all grand aunts are called grandmothers), and served the best coffee of our lifes, together with sweet potatoes, and a night's worth of back breaking crunched shell/ beans sorting, that was just our after dinner adventure]
- Planning for the week with Luc, library references, have a packed week
